These terms apply specifically to the Forseti mobile application for iOS and Android.
App License
Forseti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mobile app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- ❌ Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- ❌ Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- ❌ Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
- ❌ Redistribute or resell the app

Platform-Specific Terms
Background Location Usage
If you enable background location, Forseti can alert you to safety concerns even when the app is closed. We:
- ✅ Only check location periodically (not continuously)
- ✅ Minimize battery impact
- ✅ Encrypt location data in transit and at rest
- ✅ Allow you to disable this feature anytime
App Updates
We regularly update the app with new features, improvements, and security patches. Some updates may be required to continue using the service. We recommend enabling automatic updates.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the mobile app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time.
